A short film we produced for the World Health Organization (WHO) is screening today at the United Nations as part of The International Day of Persons with Disabilities. It’s about the incredible Faustina Urassa of KASI, the Kilimanjaro Association of the Spinally injured. Watch it here.
The new documentary I produced, William Kunstler: Disturbing the Universe, about the famous radical lawyer, had its premiere at the Sundance Film Festival in January, and will be screening in New York at BAM’s Cinema Fest in late June/July. The film is directed by Kunstler’s daughters Sarah and Emily. It will be distributed by Arthouse Films in the Fall. Vist the film web site for more information.

Speedo: A Demolition Derby Love Story will be screening in cities around the country as part of the Indiewire Undiscovered Gems Film Festival this month. Read the Indiewire article or visit the Emerging Pictures website for details, including screening dates and venues. Speedo will screen at the IFC Center in New York City on Friday, November 11 at 2pm and 7:30pm. The star of the film, Ed “Speedo” Jager will be in attendance.
